Developer Relations Engineer with a background in Blockchain Engineering specializing in developer onboarding, technical education, and developer tooling for blockchain ecosystems. Experienced designing curricula, building reference implementations, authoring technical documentation, and delivering hands-on workshops that help developers move from first exposure to production-ready applications. Combines software engineering with developer advocacy to improve developer experience, ecosystem adoption, and community growth.

- **Languages:** Rust, Typescript, Haskell, Solidity, Bitcoin Scripts, CKB Scripts. - **Blockchains:** Ethereum, Bitcoin, Polkadot, Nervos/CKB, Substrate, EVM. - **Developer Experience:** Documentation, Curriculum Design, Developer Tooling, Live Coding.

## Professional Experience

### Developer Advocate **Polkadot Africa** Oct 2025 - Jan 2026 - Designed and delivered technical workshops across **Nigeria and Ghana**, introducing developers to the Polkadot ecosystem through hands-on sessions covering smart contracts, runtime concepts and developer tooling. - Authored technical articles explaining new ecosystem capabilities, including Polkadot 2.0, `pallet-revive`, smart contract development and emerging developer workflows, helping simplify complex protocol concepts for ecosystem developers. - Mentored developers participating in ecosystem hackathons through architecture reviews, implementation guidance and technical support, contributing to multiple teams progressing to prize-winning blockchain projects. - Developed practical learning materials, reference implementations and workshop resources that reduced onboarding friction for developers building with Ink!, Solidity, Rust and the Polkadot SDK. - Represented the ecosystem at conferences, workshops and community events, acting as a technical bridge between protocol engineering teams and application developers while gathering feedback to improve the developer experience.

### Developer Mentor **Dapps Over Apps** 2024 - Present - Mentored Web2 software engineers transitioning into Web3 through community-led workshops covering blockchain fundamentals, smart contract architecture and decentralized application development across Ethereum, Polkadot, NEAR and Substrate ecosystems. - Designed and delivered a live two-part Rust and Ink! smart contract workshop series attended by **50+ developers**, building a complete decentralized application from scratch while demonstrating implementation, testing, benchmarking and frontend integration. - Facilitated interactive live coding and debugging sessions, helping developers understand engineering trade-offs and problem-solving techniques rather than simply reproducing tutorial code.

### Blockchain Instructor (Contract) **Web3Bridge Bootcamp** Oct 2025 - Designed and delivered a two-week intensive blockchain engineering curriculum covering Rust, Ink!, Solidity, React, PAPI and full-stack decentralized application development for both in-person and remote participants. - Developed structured learning materials, practical labs and end-to-end reference implementations that guided developers from blockchain fundamentals to building complete smart contract applications. - Taught advanced smart contract engineering concepts including contract architecture, security considerations, gas optimization, testing, benchmarking and frontend integration through live coding demonstrations. - Guided participants through debugging real implementation challenges during interactive sessions, helping developers build confidence in diagnosing and solving production-oriented engineering problems.

## Developer Enabling Projects ---

### Rust & Ink! Smart Contract Starter Series Developer Onboarding | Smart Contracts | Rust - Designed and delivered an introductory learning pathway helping Web2 developers transition into Rust-based smart contract development on Polkadot using Ink!. - Created a complete workshop curriculum, live coding demonstrations and reusable GitHub examples covering project setup, contract architecture, testing, deployment and frontend integration. - Built a production-style Todo List decentralized application from scratch during live sessions, guiding developers through implementation decisions, debugging and development workflows rather than scripted demonstrations.

### Full-Stack Blockchain Development Curriculum Curriculum Design | Developer Education | Developer Experience - Designed a comprehensive two-week blockchain engineering curriculum enabling developers with Rust and Solidity experience to build production-ready decentralized applications on Polkadot. - Structured progressive learning modules covering contract storage, balances, gas optimization, wallet interactions, frontend integration with PAPI, cross-contract communication and cross-chain messaging. - Guided developers from foundational runtime concepts to independently building proposal voting decentralized applications deployed on Paseo Asset Hub, reinforcing complete end-to-end development workflows.

### PVM Runtime Cryptographic Developer Toolkit Developer Tooling | Runtime Infrastructure | Developer Experience - Built developer tooling that simplified access to runtime-hosted cryptographic precompiles from Solidity smart contracts, improving the developer experience for teams building on revive-compatible runtimes. - Explored developer ergonomics around runtime-hosted cryptographic primitives, focusing on reducing onboarding friction and improving adoption of emerging protocol capabilities.
